I dunno if I need help or not in D/P since I beat the game a long time ago except for the dex. But has anyone attempted to hatch a shiny? I've tried hatching bulbasaurs, growlithes and mudkips. With the bulbasaurs alone I filled up at least 6 boxes. Add the other two and it's basically filling up every single box. It was a nightmare releasing them all, so now I just release them right away instead. But for anyone who's tried this method, how long did it take for you to get a shiny?

Uh...remember, I got those two Mudkip, but that was in Emerald. I can't really remember how long it took, but you'll get one eventually. Hopefully DX

I still haven't found a shiny, and I have been hatching eggs like crazy. Not really looking for shinies, but oh well.

I have hatched one shiny and it was a female Eevee...Hardy natured though.

That's like impossible to do.....it's still a 1/8192 chance.

I must be really unlucky, because I have hatched at least 500 eggs, and I have 450 something hours of playing time, mostly raising pokemon in the wild. I have two shinies (my shiny Dialga got eaten by the GTS unfortunately. That's what I get for trying to clone it I suppose XP) but they were both from trades. I did find a shiny Gastly in Fire Red, though. Game got erased by my little brother, though.

Still 500 isn't alot compared to the 1 in 8000 something chance.

I REALLY want a shiny gastly and a shiny charmander. I tried hundreds of times to breed, s-ring and pokeradar but have found nothing. I think I'll try again today.

Btw which is better, s-ring or breeding?

Can someone tell me where I find Iron tail and Earthquake? the TM's?

Well, s-ring might be faster, but breeding will help with any attacks (or possibly natures) you want. So if you don't care about natures, SR, but if you do, breed. I dunno.

HEhe, Psychic I don't even have to look, as I got it today.

It's on a mountain cleft tihngy to the west of Celestic Town. You need Rock Smash and Rock Climb to get to it.

Where cin Victory Road is Stone Edge?

It's on 2F, look up a pic on google or something. Anyways, it's to the far right area of the floor, and you need Strength and the faster setting on the bike to get to it.

2F is the floor with all of the boulders moved by Strength. Go all the way down, past an old man near a staircase, then keep going right.
