Halloween - What are your opinions on it? Are you gonna do something that day?
For me, Halloween isn't existing. It wouldn't have existed in Norway if it wasn't for damn American television. Plus, I never really liked the day anyways, because it's my father's Birthday. But, i'm just trying to get ove that. But I know what i'm gonna dress up like. I'm gonna dress up like Superman, in a thong. And dance around at home. 8D

I don't like the gory stuff, but otherwise it's a cute and fun holiday. I enjoy making decorations and handing out candy with my cousin. This year I made ghosts from cloth and hung them from the tree out front. We still need to carve the pumpkins though. I haven't actually gone trick-or-treating since 7th grade, but I get some candy from my sister. In the past 3 years or so, Halloween sales have actually gone up 47% despite the recession. People need something to be cheerful and upbeat about, so Halloween is a good excuse (eh, I had to write about this for my current event).

My neighbors set up this big haunted house this year too. What sucks is that there a few people lurking around that keep stealing stuff from them. It really angers me that there are such low-lives around here, and it's not just around Halloween that this happens. This one house used to have a TON of decorations for Christmas, but literally everything was stolen last year, including a santa on the roof. The owners put out a note saying, "Don't bother coming back, nothing is left." I'd love to catch the thieves.

It's not that big of a deal where I live, so nope.

Yeah... My mum does heaps of stuff that annoys me. If I wasn't related to her, we wouldn't get along. But dude... she's my mum, of course I love her. She's one of two people in the world who never gave up on me. (the other is my best friend)

Halloween in my opinion is a holiday with sinister and evil backgrounds. While I don't celebrate the day, I do enjoy the season because it reminds me that Thanksgiving is on its way. (and besides, hitting the shops afterwards is always fun!) Also, I've had some pretty fond memories of this time of year and it makes me feel...happy... Smile

Haha! Eclipse, you're spot-on! Halloween is almost never even spoke of where I live in Australia. XD

*sigh* Even that abstract green piece of crud is doing better than mine in that art contest...

Sorry I haven't been here in a while. First I had no time because of school and then I stopped getting e-mails saying that people were posting (as usual). I'm back though Very Happy

Had a Halloween party last night, I went as Ash Very Happy

I got my girlfriend Innes (who is a redhead) to go as Misty and my Chinese friend to go as Brock hahaha. It was AWESOME! I'll get some pictures up on here tomorrow Smile
