| I know what you mean TT but for me with my ability it's only fair about the Sunny Day and Leaf Guard things.
Don't worry though, they might not even dodge at all, you'll see in the update. It's the refferee's choice as to whether you dodge or not.

| I did... the powder blew all over the field, so it should hit even if you try to dodge it. | |

| Vileplume heals itself and then Drain Punches Roserade. Abomasnow then Lecch Seeds Grovyle. Vileplume Rests.
Tangrowth releases a Sleep Powder and spreads it all arpund with Vine Whip. Abomasnow Icy Winds the powder away from it. The tree then makes it hail and sends a Blizzard at Tangrowth. However Tangrowth throws up a Substitute.
GROVYLE IS HURT BY POISON

| Two questions...
1 - Did I ever get Energy back for that Rest, three rounds back?? 2 - Did I get HP back from that Leech Seed?
For now Rest Obamasnow (OBAMA!!)

| Sigh... Guys this is just so wrong!
I was going to join, but never am I going to join something as stupid as this!
One thing, aerial ace cant be dodged, tough shit royo, duke it out.
Second, grass types are immune to leech seed, WHY WAS GROVYLE KNOCKED OUT?
Third, whats this energy stuff? if you are battling anime style don't take card only rules!
I don't care if this is how they use it on Serebii, if you want logical members joining this then you better change the rules and use PP or stamina instead.
God I hope my RPG doesn't turn out like this....
My two cents | |

| Nie, this is ~SE's way of doing it. On Serebii it works very well.
Edit:1. Se you got your energy. No HP.
2. Nie, Aerial Ace damage was added and I had forgotten that grass types were immune to it. Thanks.
Edit2:Added wesite link to first post. Sign-Up and complain there.

My two cents Oh my! Wrong on almost all counts... 1 - Aerial Ace can be dodged under certain circumstances, such as using Detect. In this case the ref was wrong, crap happens, nicely tell the ref and they might change it. 2 - This is realistic, not game style. Pokemon in the anime are affected by Leech Seed, such as Ash's Turtwig in one episode (I'll link up to a pic of it if you want me too) 3 - This isn't card style, as I've said its realistic. In the anime pokemon can pass out if they overexert themselves, its as simple as that. God, I hope you don't call your RPG realistic, because it sounds pretty linear to me... ~SE

~SE I'm sorry but your the linear, I'm glad you agreed with me on the first, but the second is just defying canon. The anime is all but realistic, it defies the most basic canon, contradicts itself, the re contradicts itself by sticking to previously broken canon, only to break it again next. Want examples? Fine, in one episode, electric attacks dont damage earth types, but then, Shinji is using electabuzz to damage gligar, several of them, and his future gliscor. Back in the Hoenn saga, skitty was almost KO'ed by multiple shadow balls, yet in another contest match much like the last example, Zoye purposely uses a ghost type move on a normal because it would not work, and it didn't. Need I continue? And BTW, this isn't realistic. If you use energy and discribe it as what I see is stamina, describe it as such and don' use card game rules only to deny it with the only fundamental reasoning behind such a denial is: "It is not like the card game, its like the real word." I'm sorry, this is not realistic, its canon and reality defying. I rest my case, since I do not want to be accused of spam. Bye, forever.

| By some miracle, I have quick access to the Internet.
And Lulz at TT. But anyway.
First off, I don't care HOW the hell it's played. If I see arguing/flaming between anyone, it's not going to end well. I know there are next to no rules on this forum, but still, this is COMMON SENSE, guys. FLAMING/ARGUING (instead of calmly disagreeing) is not accepted here, as much as FS and TT love you all (or at least FS does =P). Hopefully, the following will solve things:
Nie: As I don't really understand this game or whatever, I can't agree or disagree with you. But coming in here to comment on how this game is run without having joined it in the first place is a no-no. The old saying: You have nothing nice to say, SHUT YER YAP. (or something like that)
Hoblaph: Thanks for keeping on track. I think. Dunno, I don't play the game or whatever.
SE: Just so you know, there's no such thing as being realistic in Pokemon. I can't really force the rule that Leech Seed doesn't hurt Grass types, but it would make more sense (not to mention a lot easier, IMHO).
Royo: That post was completely inappropriate, even by my standards. Deleted.
I don't want you guys to hate me or anything, so I hope you don't. But if I see this, or anything like it, again, I'm closing it. And I don't want to do that.
Kthx.
