It has been a long time since the sign up thread opened, and finally we have a tournament ready to start!

Ok, lets move along the chit chat and get right along to business!

This Spoiler Tag countains a mini exhibition match that should tutor everyone to fight the way this tournament wants.

Spoiler:

Player A's First Post: Charizard fly up and use Flamethrower from the sky! Follow it up with Steel Wing! Player B's first post: Donphan, use dig to escape the attack! This time, I take the role of the announcer and step in. "Charizard's flames are devastating the field! Good thingDonphan avoided them by digging up underground! However, the falesm are certainly heating up the ground, Donphan wont be able to be there for much longer, and Charizards Steel Wing will be greeting it on its way back!" No way out of that Steel wing, right? Wrong, you have to take the Steel Wing, but you can counter it with the right strategy! Player B's Second Post: "Donphan, get out of that Dig with a Rollout attack!" Clever right? This way, Charizard would use its steel wing, and Rollout would hit for 4x super effective damage, leaving Charizard seriously injured.

That is how a battle should be, and I ask you to wait 2 minutes to post a new order after your adversary posts.

I can ignore this rule, but remember, it will be on the players behalf that I coment, this will guide you not to be DEM and to risk a penalization.
Also, you don't need to wait at all after I post.

So, Dragodynamite, Purple Absol, Tatortot, Diamond, Fire Suicune, Hoblaph, kyogre35 and Yhyiannis, it's time you give me one hell of a show!

First Round:

Hoblaph versus Yani!

Stage: Meadow, a considerably big pond resides right in the middle.

Number of Pokemon: 3

Rules: The first pokemon to be sent out will be randomly chosen by me (don’t worry, I will do it randomly). After that, you can switch it by any pokemon on your team up until you have used three pokemon. On the off chance there is a draw, there will be a sudden death match of 1 vs 1.

And the Pokemon to be sent out are...

Yani's Vaporeon, Mist and Hoblaph's Espeon, Noepse!

(What the hell? Two eeveelutions? I swear to God I did it randomly! XD)

Let's begin this.

Noepse, grab Vapoureon with your PSychic and continually smash it into the ground.

"Hoblaph starts off with a powerful Psychic! Can Mist do something at this range?!"

lets make a good show out of this people ^^

Mist, use Ice Beam on the ground in front of you so that it creates an ice wall in front of you so that the Psychic hits the ice wall. Then follow that up with Surf to destroy the ice wall and Surf on to Espeon so that the water and broken ice hits it.

Noepse, use Shadow Ball to block the water from landing on you. Then use another Psychic, so the water fox - thing hits the floor very hard.

"What an unortodox strategy! Will an Ice wall stop the psychic energy?"

Out of match:

Sorry Yani, but ice doesnt stop psychic energy, you need another strategy...

EDIT: Hoblaph posted while I typed, so I am going to allow this. Just remember, one thing is strategy, another is DEM.

Noepse, Use Psychic to lower the waves.

Sorry, gotta have to step in, an entire tidal wave like what Surf is cant be controled by a Psychic, you broke it with a shadow ball last time, you can do it a few times, but not mutch more. Also, don't order over five attacks per post, be reasonable...

And the shadow ball broke the wave, as I said, so wait for it to hit Vaporeon and let yani take his turn.
