Attack fails, you can't freeze energy or magic or whatever is a shadow ball made off, but it certainly isnt water or any other solid freezable thing.
But since Ice beam is partly energetic itself, the attacks colide and, in usual pokemon style, go kaboom.
Mist is in bad shape, Noepse isnt as damaged._________________ This is the reason why they invented perfection. |
