On the presidential election in the US:

I think it was really childish of John McCain to make that last commercial. He needs to stop saying how "bad" Obama is for us, and start saying just how good he is for us.

BTW, Obama for President! king

I've noticed that in his advertisements. (all 1 of them xP) I agree, he should be putting forwards more of his own merits and what he can do for the country as president rather than keep saying what Obama can't/won't do as president.

For now, I'm remaining neutral on the elections, as I haven't really heard all the points of view and the opinions.

Um, Royo, no offense, but can you start posting stuff other than random words?

I've seen McCain's ads, but I haven't payed much attention. I think for now it's best to be somewhat neutral, as i'd like to learn more about both candidates.

But we KNOW what McCain stands for because of his experiance. Except for the few things he's changed in the elections we know what he'll do in Iraq. So he runs adds about the person we DOn't know.

Well either way, any ads you here about are going to be extremely biased. It's best to see for yourself what each candidate is going to do. So when it comes down to talking shit about the person against him, it usually means they've got nothing else to offer. I'm beginning to think that neither of them should be president. But what does my opinion matter.

Edit: Sorry if I seem agitated.

I'm going to change the subject.....What do you think should happen with energy? Drill? Alt Energy's?

DRILL DRILL DRILL!! Then when the drilling is going on invest for alt Energy. THe oil will hold us over until we can change to alt energy. Necleur power though is a BIG thing in the future and we should build more Nucleur Power Plants.

I agree with Paris Hilton. lol!

Actually that policy she said is perfect.

About alternate energies and drilling, I think the government should be way more concerned with alternate fuel sources. That's partly why I support Obama, since he will end the war in Iraq so that we can direct our resources to more important things, like global warming and the oil crisis.

Drilling might work for the time being, and it would get rid of oil that could seep into the oceans and hurt animals, but we have to invest in alternate energy so we don't end up screwing ourselves when we drilled all the oil in the world and we were too lazy to discover alternate fuels.

affraid this is crazy TT.....First the oil will hold us off until we get Alt. Energy. (John McCain's plan)

ANd Iraq was needed. First we destroyed the country and if we left there right after then it would be an Iran.

AND TT THAT IS BOGUS!! There has been no oil spills in the past 20. MAJOR! So they oil rigs are fine.

Well, I'll just say my thoughts on the presidential election...
Personally, I don't think either candidate would make a good president. But if I were to choose the 'lesser evil', then I'd definitely have to choose John McCain. - He's pro-life people!

I am so tired of this election, I can't wait until it's over x.x Everywhere there's signs, on tv theres tons of commercials saying crap about both candidates, and now at school theres kids constantly saying stuff.

McCain is 'okay', but I hate Palin, so I support Obama. As for the whole abortion fiasco, I'm not a big religious person myself, and am pro-choice because I don't think I should tell a women what to do to her body. And theres so many different situations to it. I don't like abortion at all actually, so I wouldn't get one unless I was going to die from giving birth, but others may feel differently. And it's not like making it illegal would stop people from getting one, it'd just make it a lot less safe.

And i'm a bit ticked about the whole wolf aerial hunting that Palin promotes :/
