AS you may or may not have been aware I have been away for a bit. But now I am back and with a favor to ask. Could someone please help me get a few pokemon from Diamond to Platinum.

Do you mean by first trading it to me and then into Platinum? It would take a while, but I might be willing to help you with a batch or two.
